Physical Activity Resources 

  • AU's Outdoor Trail. AU's Outdoor Trail is a 1.25 mile loop around the heart of campus. The trail can be enjoyed as a 1) Fitness Circuit, 2) Walking Tour, or 3) Wellness Path, depending on your needs and goals.
  • Spring 2021 Virtual Group Exercise Classes | AU RecFit
    AU RecFit will be offering live fitness classes daily, Monday - Saturday. Classes are open to all staff and faculty at no cost. Visit RecFit's Group Exercise website for more information.
