Create a Parent Portal Account

You can grant your parents access to your academic and financial information through a "parent account" on the portal. You will be able to specify what they can access.

We are extremely pleased that you have joined the AU community, and we are looking forward to supporting you in any way we can to enhance your educational experience through the creative use of technology. This site includes information about some of the essential services provided by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and how you can take advantage of them.

Over the summer, you will receive monthly e-mail messages from the OIT Help Desk containing useful technology tips to help you to:

learn to access and personalize your AU e-mail address
become more familiar with AU's secure personal Web portal, which you will use to access your academic and administrative information
create an account for your parents to access your academic and/or financial information
find out what technology devices you will need to buy or bring to campus with you in the fall
get answers to your technology questions and receive help connecting to AU's wired and wireless networks
