Take Care of Your Teeth

Brush your teeth morning and evening and floss daily.

Requirements to complete this month's Health Challenge
1. Read "Take Care of Your Teeth".

2. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss daily on at least 22 days this month.

3. Keep records of your completed Challenge using the calendar found on page 3 of the PDF found here.

4. Submit completed calendar to AhealthyU to earn a prize.
