Health is an Immediate Global Challenge.
Don't wait to make a difference.
The intensive 3-Year Cohort Program in Public Health will engage you from your first semester on campus.
You'll apply ideas from morning classes to afternoon service projects benefiting under-resourced communities in Washington, D.C., all while living and learning with other like-minded students under the guidance and mentorship of advanced students and faculty.
In the fall of your sophomore year (and junior year if you choose) you will study abroad as a cohort in specially designed programs, learning first-hand how cultural perspectives inform the understanding and application of public health in rural clinics and urban hospitals around the world.
You also have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of an area of public health through your choice of multidisciplinary electives offered across campus and via internships available at home and abroad.
Finally, you can personalize your experience by complementing your BA or BS in Public Health with a second major or minor, both earned in three years. Possible areas include biology, communications, international relations, justice, marketing, psychology, sociology or statistics.
Join a group of outstanding freshmen passionate about making a difference.
